(4) consecutive years CLF & CHF have partnered to host the Annual Charity Golf Tournament in Broward County, raising over $200,000 for the important Missions of the organization. Including, collaboration with the Concussion Legacy Foundation in awareness of CTE prevention
We're dedicated to help fund a portion of the cost for treatments of those patients & families who cannot afford it
